do you have a 30 day warranty when buying a used vehicle from car lot in canada?
I bought a used vehicle from a car lot and 2 days later the emissions control light was on and i’ve been back and forth to that place and now they told me to drop by and we’ll work something out,,,i just would like to know where i stand
when you buy a used car it is an “as is” sale unless you have a written warrenty, or proof that at the time of sale they knew of the problem and failed to disclose it “fraud” but the fact you drove it two days before it came on shows the problem didn’t exist at the time of sale, if they do anything for you, it’s not because they have to.
