My husband found a cockroach in a game console that someone dropped off yesterday!?

He immediately killed it! He put the game console in a plastic bag and tied the bag in a knot. This morning, he went to take the console out and found another cockroach in it!

So here is my question…prior to having the console at our place, my mother had it at her place for about 2 hours…is it possible that she now has cockroaches at her place????

There is actually a variety of cockroach that infests mostly electronic equipment. Now, what this critter ate before people invented electronic stuff is beyond me! It’s likely that your mother has cockroaches, and it’s likely that they are in electronic equipment that was in your house before the incident. Apparently the little beasties like the “vibes” given off by electronics.

How to get rid of them? Bug bomb is the only recommended way. Obviously, you can’t spray your electronics with wet spray and they seldom come out like the average cockroach to be trapped or poisoned in the usual ways.
