What does Current and power controller means in grid connected inverters?
we do current control and power control( Real and reactive) what does they mean and why we do that?
These are the two ways of controlling power in grid connected inverters. One method controls the flow of active power while the other the power factor the grid sees. In case you did not know, these systems cannot operate without your own power source (batteries/inverter, generator) in order to be able to regulate the flow of power.
Power flow can be controlled by the constant voltage or the constant current method. Quasi constant voltage operation appears to give the best results.
