Is it possible to download a Mii and transfer it to your Wii system?

Is it possible to download a Mii and transfer it to your Wii system? I want a cool looking Mii that looks different than the ordinary ones.
Something like characters from shows like Naruto etc.. Is it transferred by a USB or something else?
Can you add accessories that aren’t found in the Mii editor on the Wii. Or do we have to buy it or download a channel or something?
